SERVAGE SUPPORT DELETES DATABASES !!!

Hi Servage
You just truncate the database of our installation AND we even can't access the database via your phpmyadmin TOOL. Since 3 Days we are asking you to check and fix your damm mysql Cluster - it is simply NOT WORKING. SERVAGE HOSTING has got the WORST SUPPORT we have ever seen!

Restore the complete deleted data immediately!

Also your speed SUCKS your servers are slow like a snail crawling along and you SYSTEM-ADMIN seems not doing anything as since 2 days NO CHANGES in speed, even you wrote that you will do something - WHEN???

I was working like usual on our testsite http://inovo.t3log.info when suddenly an database error occured. further investigations showed that SERVAGE had just deleted the complete DATA (TRUNCATE) in the mentioned database which we are using for our site

SERVAGE IS DELETING CUSTOMER SITES DATABASES LIKE THEY WANT!
Without further warning!!!
ABOUT 20 HOURS WORK/PERSON HAS BEEN DELETED! AND WORK OF 4 MANPOWER!
4*20 = 80 HOURS !!! SERVAGE WHEN WILL YOU PAY FOR THIS??? as we now can't hold anymore our deadlines!!!

I share with NOBODY Passwords or Anything
FACT is that we worked from 2 continents on our site in our company until just this moment and then those errors came
and checking resolved that the database was simply gone!!!

The ONLY ONE Capable to do this is YOU. Especially as you weren't able since 2 days to provide us the chance to BACKUP our databases!

RESTORE THE MENTIONED DATABASE IMMEDIATELY!!!
