IMHOSTED OPEN_BASEDIR STILL IN PLACE EVEN JOSEPH HAS DISABLED IT

Sorry but this is NOT TRUE

I just open up my demo.lisandi.com/typo3 backend and receive the following error message:

Warning: fopen(/home2/DOMAIN.../typo3temp/extensions.xml.gz) [function.fopen]: failed to open stream: Permission denied in/home2/DOMAIN.../typo3_src/t3lib/class.t3lib_div.php on line 2687

In other words openbasedir! fopen is still active

Shut this stupid openbasedir up PLEASE we lost yesterday 3 clients because of this error message as they said that we are not able to solve problems in a adjent amount of time. They are right as we had to wait nearly 24 hours until you first time responded!!!

It is still there

and nothing has changed as you still not have openbase dir disabled.

I told you before that our complete account should have NO openbasedir enabled as we have every day a new installation and i.e. today we were not able for over 20 hours even to run our class properly because you messed it up again with the stupid openbase dir restriction which you said yesterday you had already turned off.

Each of our student will create his OWN folder and Name so this is part of the trainingprocess and we don't know how they name a folder, also we don't know if we would need 300 or 500 foldersenabled and so on.

Simply do it like all the 5 years before DISABLE Openbasedir in our installation and we are fine. For now we still cannot work and you block our work already nearly 24 hours!!!

Either you have a real 24/7 support available like you had before with a response time of maximum 5 minutes but now it is 24 hours!!! and no ICQ anymore. Actually immhosted is getting a support like servage = NO support at all.

Turn off the openbase dir for all our accounts.

i.e. one url it appears in DOMAIN.com like I wrote before
but also many other urls are affected as soon as we create a new one.

IMHOSTED SOLVING PROBLEMS ONLY PARTLY

Hi,

Please check now. In case the issue persists, please provide us the exact URL where you are getting the aforementioned warning message.

Joseph A.

STILL WAITING FOR IMHOSTED SUPPORT

URGENT URGENT URGENT

ALREADY WAITING THE WHOLE DAY!!!

Yesterday you enabled Openbase dir on our account and today it is gone in some folders.

We do schooling people and will create about 200-400 TYPO3 Pages in the next months. Each Page will have a unique path. As we have NO chance to edit this path as we are on shared hosting you simply have to enable it otherwise nor TYPO3 nor Magento and even not eZ Publish will run and others.
It has to be enabled on our COMPLETE Acount like it was since 5 Years already!!
open_basedir set
open_basedir=/home2/DOMAIN:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp
This restricts TYPO3 to open and include files only in this path. Please make sure that this does not prevent TYPO3 from running.
Notice (UNIX): Before checking a path according to open_basedir, PHP resolves all symbolic links.

i.e. you will get this mnessage in ian.cocopapa.com

but DOMAIN/t3demo openbasedir is off!

In other words you only enabled certain folders and this is NOT working as we need our account complete account without openbase dir.

IMHOSTED NO 24/7 SUPPORT AT ALL

urgent

URGENT!!!!

Please disable OpenBase Dir Immediately as Image Magick isn't working anymore and our sites get corrupted by this.

open_basedir=/home2/DOMAIN:/usr/lib/php:/usr/local/lib/php:/tmp
This restricts TYPO3 to open and include files only in this path. Please make sure that this does not prevent TYPO3 from running.
Notice (UNIX): Before checking a path according to open_basedir, PHP resolves all symbolic links.

We have HUGE Problems

Open Base Dir was ALWAYS Disabled on our WHOLE account and every day now I have to contact you again as you always switch it back

Don't do this!!

IMHOSTED ENABLES AGAIN OPEN_BASEDIR

Hi Ashton

Like Yesterday you disabled openbase dir and today it is on again. Could you please disable it again as you are blocking our sites with it and TYPO3 and Magento isn't working anymore.
