IMHOSTED RUINING CUSTOMERS

I don't want to start this all over again we had a THread please look in your history!!!

Imhosted agreed that we have our own php.ini file as otherwise nor TYPO3 nor MAGENTO is running. you can also check apapococ.blogspot.com as we report here also this issue as it is so annoying from Imhosted.

Please check your logs and you will see, that you have changed te path to the php.ini on the server for all installations. Therfore our sites which ran since 2004 on imhosted are no more running

I give you 2 hours more to solve this problem if not we will meet at the court! Like I said we had this issue over and over and it happens again and again as the support level 2 is switching the thing back to the stupid newbies which have no idea about how to run a server or how to do a qualified support - and you are a newby. so please send the Thread to your Support staff which takes care for lisandi.com - YOU HAVE A SPECIAL PERSON DOING THIS since our last problems! And those problems are even still existing as still we don't have our files back which imhosted LOST!!! They only tell tey have 32GB files bit actually we can't even see half of it!

Imhosted costs us so much money and downtime bevcause of people like you which don't solve problems but which try to argue with arguements already approved as not working!!!! in our case as we are a very old customer and our sites ae running since long time and ONLY down when IMHOSTED changes again server settings without notifying us in advance!

I check back at 10pm GMT+7 (this is in 2 hours) and I hope the error messages on our sites are gone than.
