MYSQL CONNECTION PROBLEM

Hi

First of all - you should add a MYSQL section in your request forms!

I can't reach
https://phpmyadmin-srv1.servage.net/phpMyAdmin/

The Database "---" is not found.Try changing the Database settings

I just created it before and copy/pasted all info from your connection screen into vtiger. So the database is existing ut again connection seems not to be possible.

UPDATE:
phpmyadmin sometimes appears but it is still not possible to call the database itself after creating it. It is not possible to get the screen where you can create tables and do other operations.

This is very IMPORTANT for us as everything has to be setup in utf8 and as you are still on latin1_swidish everything needs to be changed. Please let us know how we can reach the operation screen from our end. Thanks?

I just checked your phpmyadmin on another network PC, it is working fine at our end.

I suggest you to clear your browser cookies, and cache and then try to access your phpmyadmin.

Please also try on any other browser. It should work fine.

If you are still getting any error message kindly get back, we will investigate your issue further at our end.
