Hi Nick

are you reading TICKETS!
We already send loads of tickets since days about your crappy databse. We have about 15 databases or even more running here and our customers have exactly the same problem even they are on another cluster. Yes it is a databse Problem I guess so as your Mysql is NOT working propperly but since days you are not solving this issue. We just met with some of our customers online and they are willing to join us in a huge move if things get running until daytime in Germany! If you want you can join us too!

Go to our account and you can see all our databases - it is that as easy!

NIck seems to be on holiday and the complete Servage Support followed. Servage is always talking about very short response times. Here you have the proof that it is a lie as it is already far beyond 30 minutes. Could you please get your stuff running so that people can work?

We have done this already, we are PROFIS! and doing an optimize regularly. Still same loading Problems. It is also not depending onthe application as Magento, redmine, typo3, even wordpress and lifetype are very slow

It is also not depending on the cluster as we have the same problems on our customer accounts like already described many times and some of them are on other custers, i.e. abs-gallery (a number one google gallery website loads like a snail and nothing has been modified there since 3 months!!! in other words it is NOT the application as it was very fast before - went then slow and you moved it because of this to another cluster, It was fast for one month and now it loads like a snail. same my personal account here or the account of Thomas Vogt and other clients

It seems that the servage System Administrator is so qualified that he just deleted a complete database. See next Thread!
