SERVAGE is a mess! Never had such BIG Problems with a Hosting Company before. Service is MINUS MINUS MINUS - the worst I have ever seen.

Since DAYS we (about 5 other clients of you with again other clients) are waiting for you to get your DAMM MYSQL Settings running!. We can't do any Backups since days - this is incredible!
Nor thru tools like PHPMYADMIN nor thru your crappy Backup feature. nor thru external or other internal tools. In other words your MYSQL SUCKS!!!

I request an answer immediately as we are already waiting since days and you only answer posts once and then the customers can wait until they die! You won't solve your damm MYSQL Problem.

Again no answer

Can you please create backups from all our databases and also complete Backups from all our folders as we are now willing to move to another provider. Servage SUCKS. In the future weeks we will also start then moving all our customers - about 50 and more as some of our customers have other customers too. We just discussed it and feedback was great and we already found a company which would be interested to take all those frustrated users over.

It would be very nice if you could get those backups running and place them in the ROOT folder. We then will download everything via ftp. Thanks!

We will post the problem on our blog, so people can see more about Servage's Help and Support.

TIP: If you own a Servage account - join us and get moving somewhere else. Drop us a note! Thanks!

Hello Andreas

Please try to take the back up manually. Please select the "MySQL Databases" tab in the left menu and click on the yellow link - a new window will open. To make a .sql dump, please select the "Export" tab in the top menu and select which tables or all database to be exported/dumped to your account.

Hope this helps!

Kind regards,
Steven, Support

Hi Patrick

Since when are you uploading a .htaccess file to the DATABASE.
Are you a PROFESSIONAL
Do you have IT-KNOWLEDGE
Are you a simple Call Center Agent in India or somewhere else who saw computers mostly from far away?

Sorry about that. Please get back with a QUALIFIED and PROFESSIONAL Answer
