AGAIN CANNOT DELETE SYMLINKS at SERVAGE HOSTING

PLEASE DO NOT HALF THE WORK and say a ticket is solved we still can't access t3pack.info as we get directed to a totally other page (can't even find it! where it comes from)

Hello Andreas,

While investigating your issue, we found that TYPO3 is installed for "t3pack.info". We are unable to locate the database name that is assigned to this application.

Please forward us the exact database name so that we can investigate further.

We meanwhile solved this problem by reinstalling as nothing came .

PLEASE CHECK NOW THE REDMINE INSTALLATION THIS IS NEEDED IN EXACT 3:45 HOURS!!! BY OUR CUSTOMERS and us

YOU already have all DATA and you already told that you will populate the database with the rake command and check why ther is this application error

We were able to create the database but we can't get the application running:

FOLDER:
1_redmine

DATABASE:
Server: DBConnection
Database: DBName
Username: DBUser
Password: DBPassword

ERROR we are receiving when calling www.t3log.info

We have made all settings like said in your faq, but still not working and we area ready waitingsince 8 DAYS to receive help in this case from you. THanks Andi

Another SIX HOURS LATER again NO RESPONSE or HELP from SERVAGE

Meanwhile over 30 Posts in no more then 1 Week and still a simple RUBY on Rails Application is not running (REDMINE)

Still SYMLINKS can't be deleted without an SYSADMIN account - and of course you won't grant one for us.

Can you please send me the contact details of your bosses. Thanks.
