Hi Servage
I have some questions about your services you are advertising:

Support for the RoR framework.

- since 7 days we are not able to get at least one RoR Application running. Are you really having RoR or is it only an advertising gag to catch people and their money

- If it is possible then please let us know how. AND PLEASE don't paste and copy again the standard answer from your database like this here:

- Mostly we need to wait VERY long about 1 hour up to one week and still the very FIRST questions didn't get solved.

- What qualifications does your staff has?
- Have they ever programmed or worked even with computers on a professional basis beside what they are doing now at servage (paste and copy answers)?

There are probably more questions but for us this will be Ok at least to know about the RoR support. Is it possible to get a RoR running on your server. REDMINE will serve us here as an example followed by TYPO and others.

If not, then you are advertising things which aren't available at all and this is unlawful. i.e. in Germany where you have a dependency and in several states of US too.
