But our request to zip and copy several folders wasn't fulfilled by your unqualified staff and we get again stuck in our workprocess since 7 days now!

They are even asking for paths which have been already mentioned in the same thread. Very strange for a customer support. Do they have IT knowledge and problemsolving skills - Peter and Patricia?

No Problem we published it already and asked people to decide about it. We are evaluating your service as we are looking for a reliable and qualified hoster to promote it to our customers worldwide.

Servage came to our attention because of its clustering technology. This is actually a very good way and many tools are OK but MAJOR and important things are missing.

First of all the QUALIFIED STAFF in your hotline.
They answer with paste and copy. i.e. do a search in Google for:
http://www.google.co.th/search?hl=en&client=firefox-a&rls=org.mozilla%3Aen-US%3Aofficial&hs=ZjN&q=%22Virtual+host+path+to+mount+your+root+is+yourapp%2Fpublic.%22&btnG=Search&meta=
and you will find otherposts with same answers inside the same problem. It is like your staff isn't qualified at all but good in pasting and copying content as soon as they find a matching word in their database. Some kind of typical Callcenter activity without thinking.

On the other Hand your staff is promisiong tings other staff members deny doing DAYS later, this is causing huge delays for professional webdevelopments. Another standard answer is to wait 3 Hours!!

Your main problem seems to be noteing able to READ the posts of your customers and not being able to write and therefore pasting and copying answers - Am I right! Why don't you start improving this? i.e. fire your SUPPORT STAFF and outsource your complete Support to Asia where SUPPORT still means REAL CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

It is not OK advertising 24/7 Support when it is actually only a paste and copy machinery you are having there.
It is not OK to advertise RoR support when you are even not able to get at least ONE RoR Application like Redmine running on your servers.
